As a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator for 17 years and a Certified Dementia Practitioner, she has built a career centered on compassionate leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional resident care. Tracy now serves as Vice President of Sales, where she partners with communities and their sales team’s to drive occupancy growth and lasting relationships throughout the healthcare industry.
